World's Biggest PPA Device Has Been Completed and Put into Operation in Dazhou City, Sichuan Province

    Purification of wet phosphoric acid device with world largest scale and highest level of technology was completed and successfully produced qualified products in the first chemical feeding at 10am, 15th December, 2012.

    After nearly one-year tight construction, the world’s largest PPA device (with an annual output of 150 thousand tons of P₂O₅) is completed and put into operation in Wengfu Dazhou. The adopt core technology is the world first microreactor phosphoric acid purification and extraction, jointly tackled by Wengfu Group and Tsinghua University. It is also an important achievement of years-digestion, absorption, re-innovation, research and development after advanced foreign technology introduced by Wengfu Group in 2006. The complement and operation of this device symbolizes that Wengfu has grasped the world’s most advanced wet purification phosphoric acid technology and get into the front-end of world fine phosphorus chemical industry. It also fills in the blanks of china phosphorus chemical industry and leads the development direction of world phosphorus chemical industry. 

    150 thousand tons of PPA device is not only the biggest PPA device in the world, it is also domestic advanced technical apparatus independently developed by Wengfu Group.
